First of all, DO NOT except your TT unless the work is done to your satisfaction. Once you drive away, the problem is now back on you. I would go back to your insurance company and let them know they are not/cannot fix it to the ORIGINAL condition. If the insurance company is unwilling to work with you, you will likely have to get a lawyer involved.
