Look on your sticker to see when and where the trailer was built. I'll bet that water was left in the system and the trailer was subjected to freezing temperatures.
You may need to give up on the dealer and have the trailer taken to the manufacturer. Have them call you when they have a like new trailer for you. It might be time for legal help.
