Also the Better Busness bureau and any strong consumer advocate groups. If any of them can't help you then clean it up and sell it and take the loss. I wouldn't just go after the insurance company and the dealership, I would go after the manufacturer as they sold a faulty unit and the ultimate responsibility lies with them. The should provide another unit to you.
