Read the thread and you may comprehend that the OP stated he was using a pressure regulator. TT's are made to hook up to city water so comments like "I never would hook mine up to city water" are pretty unconstructive. Regardless of if it should be a warranty issue rather than an insurance claim, it already is past that point as the insurance has been used. The OP needs to communicate to the insurance co. that the problem has not been fixed and the dealer or whoever is trying to fix it obviously can't. Is there another facility you can take it to? Advice to contact the manufacturer is also good advice. Be assertive with these entities - be firm, and cordial, and don't back down until your satisified. Let those who advocate contacting a lawyer at this point be the first to contribute to their fee. Good luck and well wishes.
