Went today to the dealership. We did the walk through and I nailed them to the wall. I noticed yesterday that there was no insulation under the trailer. The underpinning was not up so I was curious and looked. We do the walk through and as we are going the service manager is taking notes of everything. He is kind of I do not care these are small items. Then I ask him if there was insulation under the camper. He assured me that there was. I asked one more time are you sure and he said yes he was definite. So I go over and pull the underpinning and ask him to show me the insulation.
Dumbfounded he fumbled and said there was none. I went off on him about trust and not believing him. I demanded they trade the trailer in and cover the cost of the loan. I demanded a new camper. Now looking stupid and no where to go they are getting the manufacturer involved for a buy back to erase the loan and refund the down payment. There is one condition that I purchase another primetime. I said that would be fine but I needed a really good deal. So they are trying to put something together now. I of course went with the Lacrosse as my choice since they are going for a discount and some other compensation :) I will keep everyone up to date on what happens. Appreciate this great forum.
