not real confident about electric power for my travel trailer, however I am confused as to why my breaker goes off when I have a coffee maker and toaster plugged in and in use. How can I improve this...

Is air conditioner also running?
Combined amps drawn with air conditioner, coffee maker and toaster, could be more than your 30 amp circuit can handle.
Coffee maker air conditioner, and toaster are all high amp users.
Add your microwave to that list, also.
