You don't mention what size TT you're considering...could make a huge difference. In our HTT, we slept in the front bunk and the bathroom was, I guess, what you'd consider midway since further back put you into the rear bunk. It was a ROO 23SS, so not far and it's a rare occurrence for anyone besides DH and myself to be overnight. When we moved to our current TT in our sig, it has a center bath and we love it. It's full width of the trailer with the bedroom front, then bathroom with large garden shower and great linen closet, then into the main living area/kitchen area. We have had guests and with the bath between the bedroom and living area (where the sofa bed is located) there are doors to give privacy. We just don't like the idea of walking through the sleeping area of guests to get to the bathroom. BTW, in our TT, the entire trailer is accessible by using the front/bedroom door, so no problem in that regard.
