If you get a mid-bath unit, you'll have the option of getting a picture window in the rear. Our first TT had a picture window and we miss it a lot. If you got something with a rear kitchen, you'd at least get a small window at the rear. When you're on the older side, I think you'd appreciate a mid-bath more.
Since brulaz posted a layout of his Timber Ridge, this is the layout of our 262RKS which is somewhat similar. Our shower stall is large and with the fridge in the slide, the kitchen space is well above average. The kitchen/living area has a spacious feel to it and has a window on 3 sides. I think Jayco has a similar layout.
