Trailer GVWR includes both axle ratings PLUS TONGUE weight
Tongue weight should be 10% - 15% of trailers total weight.
Bet you will reach trailers GVWR before you reach axles weight ratings.
11,250 X 12% ==== 1350#
11,250 - 1350 === 9900#
5200 x 2 === 10,400#
Have you checked tire load ratings?
On Edit:

Dry weight----9300
GVWR---------11250
Tongue (DRY) 1270 (heavy dry tongue-----13.7% dry)
Trailer CCC is only 1950#
Plenty of axle capacity
