So your dry is heavier then factory generic specs .....not surprising.
But GVWR is still 11,250#
Heavier dry.....LESS CCC (1261#)
So reaching GVWR will NOT be difficult......actually NOT overloading will be difficult due to LOW Payload Capacity.
That 9989 dry weight includes propane but doesn;t appear to include water
Full tank...673# ----50%+ of your CCC
Load carefully.....and get weighed at CAT Scale for REAL info
