Yes, we signed a PO in a stressful moment for us. But, the reality is, this dealer is the exception to refunding deposits. Personally, I see serious flaws in their business decision.
Sadly, I just gave them $1k for absolutely nothing. I even offered to split the $1k or use the full deposit for parts one day. No dice.
Call it a PO if you want, you signed a contract. In that contract it stipulated what the dealer would do and what you would do.
The language in that contract is the only thing that matters.
I haven't seen the contract so I cannot comment on what the dealer "should" do.
