No they don't.
"The three day statutory right to cancel a contract applies only to direct solicitation sales in Utah, and not purchases from stores, or purchases of an automobile. If you purchased something as a result of someone contacting you, and not when you went into a store, then you have a three day right to rescind under Utah law."
