Our present trailer (Outback 277RL) is longer, but has a similar layout (since it is longer, the bathroom is on the driver side, behind the entertainment center) and we don't have any problem seeing over the kitchen peninsula. But to qualify that, "my" chair is the one near the door, and my DW (who loves her TV!) sits on the driver side, so she never has a problem. I am tall, so it does not block my view, and we did replace the original 26" TV with a much bigger 42" model. From the pictures on your link, it is unclear whether or not a larger TV would fit. Best thing to do, is sit in one, and try it!
