travel trailer thermostat

Well i went and got the Hunter # 42999 thermo and installed in my Palomino Puma the heater works fine but the A/C don't come on at all,
hooked the red to rh-rc with jumper,yell to y, white to w, green to g, is it not wired right or something else wrong. If you have a clue please let me know, I'm getting gray hair over it. Thanks
