I have a 1 yr old 26' travel trailer with 75 R14's (dual axel). They seem small (and low end). I want to upgrade to R15's. What is considered the best travel trailer tire?
Before you try to upsize, you need to determine whether you have the clearance above the tires. For instance, my travel trailer does not have room to switch to a larger diameter tire. It would rub the bottom of the trailer when the suspension flexed to full travel.
If you can go to 15", I second the recco of GoodYear Wrangler HT, "LT" tires. I run them on one of my horse trailers. It's a good tire.
