Did it not occur to you with the last "trade" that depreciation is terrible and financing over a long term is a BAD idea ?
A dear friend of mine recently upgraded a 5th wheel to a $$$$ toy hauler model.......with an "interest only" loan. I think I turned white and choked when he told me that. I purposely didn't ask about it further because I think he made a HUGE mistake.
You do get a lot of points for trying to get back to a cash basis but it's gonna cost you......likely more than you though.
