Most valuable thing may be the fridge. I got $450 for a dometic 8 cu ft in excellent shape and not rusted coils. Furnace may bring $50 water heater $50 Axles $50 each. You can buy a new 3500 lb axle with brakes for $185. 5200 or 6000 with brakes and springs $400 with free shipping.
