I once helped a buddy junk out a TT. We turned the frame into a snowmobile trailer and I bought the AC and fridge. I used the AC in a TT I bought later and I still have the fridge as a spare. If you lived closer I would like to have the AC and Fridge as a backup in case mine go bad.
It depends on your area but, you should be able to sell the AC (if it is complete with all the parts) and probably the fridge. Then use the frame of the TT to build something out of.
Are you sure that you can't just fix the rot good enough to go and use it ? Or, sell it to someone else? I have no idea what it looks like but, I'm sure my 1993 TT doesn't look perfect inside the walls either. Doesn't keep me from using it all the time.
