Well, it's gone. I pulled all the appliances, the windows, and the couch. I'll post an ad here if it's allowed. As I tore into the rest of the camper, I kept finding more and more rot. All four corners of the floor were almost gone. The corner bracing for the walls was rotted. One corner of the ceiling. It was pretty bad. It would have taken a lot of work and money to make it right, and I wouldn't feel ok selling it if it wasn't right. Thank you everyone for your advice on this!
