It is okay to leave a travel trailer in one place on a paved driveway for a long time like over a year without moving it at all or will it hurt the tires and the driveway?

MAY help save wear and tear on tires to cover them from UV.... When deploying I used to jack up tires off the ground, MAY have been a waste of time ??
