We now have a surveyor 264rks wanting to upgrade to 265rlds. Would like opinions pro's or con's on the Forest River Surveyor 265RLDS

- It may take a while to hear from anyone about that specific model. In general, Forest River products seem to get both good & bad reviews, as do many RV brands. You might look into joining the Forest River forum: Forest River forum
- I don't think you'll get better feedback than you as a current Surveyor owner. Surveyor and any other Forest River product seem to be good quality that I would not exclude them. There are at least 10 other brands with a similar floorplan. What are your goals for upgrading?
- I have a different floorplan, but the same year and manufacturer. We've only camped a handful of time so far. But my opinion is fairly high. 6 sided aluminum framing, all openings framed, solid foam insulation 5 sides with batting on the roof.
As mentioned, you've already owned the product. Is there anything specific you are looking for?
Get the 2nd year manufacturers warranty for $150. Your dealer won't tell you, but you can get it through FR.
