If your state is like mine, we have not been able to get out and RV yet, and I have cancelled one trip so far this year. I am in hopes things will open this summer so I can back out there. My hope is to go to Assateague Island in MD. at the end of June. What about you? Where is the first place everyone is going to head in the RV once the restrictions are lifted?

Living in California, if you don't have a reservation from 6-12 months ago, you get to go wherever someone canceled. Every other person and his brother camps in California.

There are very few travel restrictions , Interstates are full of travelers . But is is difficult to find a place to stop or an activity to participate in !

Had planned a New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland trip for May-June, but that may be too early after they are lifted. Possibly, hope not, they could start again(Lockdowns) and I don't want to get caught in another country. Maybe will do that this fall. Probably do the Blue Ridge Parkway.

We have yearly plans to drive up to Door County, WI in early August. Hoping the good people of DC will let us in. They don't want visitors dragging in the virus. Their normal population is about 12,000 which blossoms to 25K in the summer and their one hospital could not handle very many virus cases.
Corrected numbers: Door County has 27K permanent residents but draws 2.5 million visitors during the summer; many from Illinois. Just count the license plates at the grocery store!

Sorry, non essential travel from US into Canada such as a vacation is banned by the Canadian government.

We are just hoping to get out to some state parks when they open.

We have a Halloween weekend planned with some friends at a beautiful private campground in late September - hope that doesn't get cancelled! (people keep talking about a "second wave" of infections)
