traveling with water tows better?

Old Biscuit is right again, at least a dozen times we have lost water and electricity at full hook-up sites. We always carry a full fresh water tank and also shut off the city water hook-up when we are gone and at night.
At night we use the fresh water tank for anything we need. Too many stories of leaks when away and asleep!
