Not much different than any other trailer of this design in the same price range. Not much of it is Heartland. Someone else builds the frame, suspension, appliances, furniture, furnace, water heater, A/C, tanks, propane system. What's left for Heartland to build? They assemble the roof and walls and install all the other parts, same as all the other companies that sell a similar unit..
