TT's chuck or porpoise if you want to call it that.
A quick and easy search for the word "Chucking" will show that it is almost exclusively a term applied to fifth wheel trailers. Never had one of a dozen travel trailers chuck or porp. But I tend to use adequate tow vehicles and appropriate weight distributing hitches.
Chucking is generally related to crappy fifth wheel hitches. I use a rail mount Andersen hitch that costs under $500 and it is completely smooth with no chucking, noise or movement whatsoever. If you tow a fiver with a low end Reese or Curt, yeah you'll have some noise and banging around.
A TT can definitely be set up to tow well but I've never towed a setup that is as nice as a good fifth wheel or gooseneck setup. At the end of the day the geometry is what it is - if you attach over the axle the trailer has a limited ability to leverage the tow vehicle, but if you attach 4' back there is going to be some leverage. Is what it is.
