Trip Report: The Burr Trail, Utah Scenic Backway

Mike, any issues with the infamous Cedar gnats on your travels. I have never experienced them as I am usually traveling in August, Sept and October........but I have read about them.

Great report, as usual!! We boondocked for a few days in the high saddle just as you exit the east end of Long Canyon. Great day hiking back into the canyon and along the base of the mtns. that Long Canyon cuts through. Almost no car traffic, especially at night, but this was mid August. Hot, but nice and breezy.
