trip to Geneve Ny

Question

Planning a trip , leaving Thurs am. plan to drive highway 15 all the way to NY. was wondering if the flooding is anywhere near 15 in Pa. We will spend 1 night in Pa. and drive on to Junious Pond campground in Geneva.
I know there are interstates but we drive 15 every time we go up as we are in no hurry. From Watkins Glen we take 14 thru wine country. Beautiful drive.

I really don't see any issue with your route. I drive it all the time and have never seen any flooding along there in 30 years. Definitely not once you get to Lewisburg or so, it's all Up-Hill from there :).

That's the way we go every year to visit family in the finger Lakes. Grew up in Geneva. Have sons that live  near Harrisburg so we overnight  at their home. No campground fees LOL. Geneva.

Thanks for the replies. DW grew up in Geneva also. She still has relatives there. Her cousin Pattie did own the Lakeview Diner downtown til they built the hotels and pushed her out. We try to visit once per year. We now live near South Hill Va

Left Va this am. Spending the night in Williamsport South Nittany Mountain KOA. Good trip so far. Susquehana is highest I have ever seen it. Up to the road in some places. No flooding of 15 and arrive in Geneva NY tomorrow

Arrived today about 2pm nice campground. Rain forecast but sunny and warm. all is good
