Don't really matter to me if he's overloaded or not. I just don't want him behind me in a panic stop situation, or maybe I do. He's obviously financially secure (or has serious payment books) so if he pasted me in the rear, I'd be getting a good mouthpiece and taking him to the cleaners.
PI and property damage through negligence can be costly for the at fault party.
Probably one of those persons who drives 70+ on the e-way too. I see them all the time, in a hurry to get nowhere, toting their RV's at breakneck speeds. Easy to drive at warp speed, a bit harder to stop the behemoth.
