Truck and camper roll-over?

I have a 06 dodge 2500 CTD crew cab long bed, Lance 10'8 camper and tow a 18' open bow boat, use a super hitch and extension. My question is when for example at a boat launch staging area and on a grade is it likely to roll over the truck and camper. I was recently at some boat launches that had some steeper grades then I have encountered, I was worried about proceeding down the launch and the turning to position the boat. Not sure what the grade was. Advise?

    Assuming you still have the boat tiedowns on, it will be fine. BTW, bad idea to take the boat tiedowns and strap loose until you are very near the water if it is steep. More than one boat has slid off a trailer on a steep ramp when the driver stops quickly!

    You might want to look into it front receiver hitch, then you can see the boat down the ramp.

    You mean roll onto its side I'm not sure what you are asking I have done this many times with a truck camper pulling a boat and a Class C pulling a boat was never worried about rolling over on its side

    I'm confused... When you're backing down there are no lateral forces that would initiate a "roll over" and even if you jackknifed the rig on the ramp those forces would still be minimal. Are you worried about it going over backwards? I do agree with the front hitch suggestion too, it makes everything easier.

    I was at fort Spokane area, the road down to the launch was 1/8 of a mile or so. I was worried about tuning the rig around on the steep grade to back up the boat to the launch.

    Lots of steep boat ramps in AZ and none were ever a problem. These ramps will get you out of breath walking up them.

    I think the OP means that the whole ramp area has quit a slope. That while he's turning around his TC, it puts it sideways on the slope and he's worried about it tipping over while sideways on the slope during the turning around process.

    I launch 23ft boat behind an 1191 Lance camper. So far I just avoid really steep ramps,no problem with your average ramps,I turn around at top of ramp if possible,then back down,havnt been to a ramp yet that needed to turn around on grade.
