We used to have a bigfoot which I believe uses the same mold to create the body. We had to shim it up to clear the cab with 1-1/8" plywood. We just sold it to a dealer that came to pick it up in a Ram and it didn't clear the top of the their cab. They drove it off anyway contacting the top of the cab.
But yes, we had issues with both the clearance at the tailgate posts and the top of the truck cab.
