Howdy, I offered to make this public service announcement for Mello Mike because I'm a get-around-town kind of guy. Well, it's a small town anyway. Today is the birth of his new online magazine geared (yes I did) towards off road and boondocking adventures in truck campers. Now that's the kind of magazine that gets my wheels turning (yes I did) and I thought, I need to go camping for some pictures for the photo contest. (As if we need a REAL excuse right?! "Honey, I've got some letters to mail, it might take me a few days to 4wheel to the post office and back.") For folks who have not yet subscribed, give it a try -- the magazine somehow "pushes" interesting articles into my email in-box. If the topic is interesting, I just click on the link. If not, just delete. This is not spam -- it is very handy. I don't have to page through the whole magazine to find stuff of interest. I subscribe to several other on-line publications, and so far this is the first one I have found that provides this service to the readers.

(These comments probably reveal my abysmal ignorance of all things technical, but maybe there are other tech-impaired folks who might find this helpful. ;) )

Thanks for the announcement, Whaz. I'm all in and subscribed. We all know that there can be no commercial interests on this forum: only adds paid to the operators of this forum.
This is an extremely narrow band in the Burgess Shale of RV's. Who knows what lurks out there on the two track.
Ya know, a lot of the great shots got away because we were too busy trying to stay afloat, so to speak in the outback. That's why we have lots of shots in camp or a pic of an wayward rock in the roadway. Plus, PhotoBucket is now unresponsive to my calling.
Plus, there is no room for character in publications by Truck Camper Magazine. Don't ask Whaz or jefe about that. I suspect we'll see a lot more 'color' with this new on-line TC Adventure Mag.
