I'm sure they are wonderful people but I am confused by their practice of excluding certain brands from their publication.
Some have speculated that it has to do with only including brands that pay them for advertising. That seems to diminish their credibility for objectivity. I know this is common practice in many magazines but nonetheless if they focus their brand attention based on ad revenue they should be taken with a grain of salt IMO unless brands that are not represented are excluded at the manufacturers request.
