Drivers are responsible for their lives and passengers lives riding in their vehicle and their and injuries received. Also responsible for the lives and any injuries to any and all persons in vehicles operating at the legal minimum speed traveled on the road they run into with their vehicle.
The slower moving vehicle as long as it's at or above the minimum legal speed on the roadway they are on is never at fault if run into! The hitting vehicle driver is always at fault and for the death and/or any injuries received by their vehicle operation. A total lame excuse for running into the back of any legal driven vehicle of any size. Even running into to rear of an 18 wheeler and the hitting vehicle and occupants sure won't fare well!!! Better known as the real loser every time!
