So if I misread your intent about his post,sorry...I think he knows more about Idaho roads than most and he only refereed to Idaho roads,not anywhere else.
This true even for the drivers not at fault in the accident, but speed prevented them from being able to take evasive action. Word around here is that speed limits are two high now for the amount of vehicles on the roads (running closer together) today.
