Bay Area seems to be different than most of the country.
Trucks with UB sell way cheaper than regural beds.
Regular cabs are almost unsaleable, while diesel trucks are cheaper than gassers.
After removing UB from my truck and making good utility trailer from it, took me almost a year of advertising to get $500.
