According to their website, the heaviest Adventurer model (a double slide) is 4100 lbs dry so I'm not sure where you're getting your info. The lightest one is well under 2000 lbs.
I don't know if that includes any required option packages like some manufacturers do but I do know the numbers they show for their Eagle Cap models are about where they should be based upon our older model EC950. It's low to mid 3's dry but decently optioned.
