Truck camping on othe beach

I'd look very very carefully at the 93 Fleetwood. There have been a lot of reports of water intrusion, and saggy floors especially near the side door entry (if that is the model you are looking at.) I have read about this on rv.net, and then shortly thereafter saw it first had with a buddy's Fleetwood. It was in many ways a great camper for their family but by the time the got rid of it it had such problems with the floor and rot they were ecstatic to get it traded in for a newer camper. That doesn't mean they all do it, but enough to warrent careful consideration between condition and price. For a good enough deal maybe it doesn't matter?

OK, just dug up a picture and he had an Elkhorn on a 99 or so Ford 350 DRW 4x4.
