Yes that truck will haul that camper quite well. Only other mod you might want to consider would be a rear sway bar if it doesn’t have it. Not a necessity but will help with body roll or sway.
Again, not an issue to tow a little trailer behind it, presuming the truck is mechanically healthy. What I’ve found is most of the stress on the truck is from the TC, not a trailer.
I get nearly the same mpg with just the camper as with camper and 6000lb boat/trailer in tow.
