Trunnion Lube?
Getting my trunnion WD hitch tomorrow & I'm wondering what to use for lube where the bars go into the hitch head. I have some 80w90 gear oil & if it's heavy enough I'll use that. Thanks.

Just a drop of motor oil on each contact spot on my Reese HP trunnion style. A drop on the top and bottom link of each chain keeps them quiet as well. When using my Equalizer 4-point, marine grease goes on the lube points. With either, any lube is better than no lube.
