Trying to identify a 5er hitch

I bought a used 2014 RAM 3500 and it had one of these in the bed:



I can't tell what it is, so I don't know how to find instructions to get it out.

I'll be installing a B&W Companion and I'll need to get at those factory holes.
  • You could use that adaptor with a B&W Patriot 18k and save a few bucks and still have a clean bed... Unless you need more than 18k capacity.

  • Thanks everyone. That did the trick. It took a little persuasion to get it out once I unlocked the handles, but it's out now.

    Yup. We have something similar for our Hensley TrailerSaver in the bed of our Ford. Rotate the pins and it lifts out.
