Trying to narrow down a short list of SUV for wife

I don’t understand people’s affinity for the 4Runner. I rented one last year and drove through North Dakota. It was a Limited and I thought it was the most spartan interior I’ve seen in a car in years. Uncomfortable seats. Loud on the highway. And got 12 MPG doing 80ish without much wind (at least by North Dakota standards). And that says nothing about the fact that they are overpriced.

Of what you listed I’d be most apt to get the Durango. Or if you want something slightly bigger an Expedition.
