In the past 7 years of full time RV'ing and talking with hundreds of campers I have noticed one thing about RV movement. Don't chase a solution. There are literally dozens of "fixes" and from what I hear some work somewhat, but none stop all movement. It just isn't possible.
Ignore it and you will soon forget about it and this costs nothing. When I first started full timing I really noticed my Splendide wash/dryer combo running. Now I don't even know if it is running even when I start a load just before bedtime.
