We have a 2012 Outback 301BQ. A lot of times we camp with 4 adults and 4 kids in the trailer. Nice unit...we purchased based upon the rear bedroom layout vs the small front bedroom units. With any trailer luggage space becomes a premium when you have 8-10 staying in the trailer. If serious about 301BQ upgrade to 15K ac. We also upgraded to the teak interior / leather couch.
