Not me. I did the opposite. Our 2006 Sunline came with a detachable 30A cord and 10 years without a problem. Our new Arctic Fox came hard wired. One of my first mods was to convert it to a detachable cord, eliminating the mouse hole. One less possible entry point for little critters and insects.
Yep, I had a mouse use the cord on my old one as a way into the trailer. That little trap door thingy wont stop them, they will chew it out to a size that allows them right in. In my case they literally did it in one night.
I will be modifying my brand new trailer to a detachable very soon. Critter entry denial aside, I will not miss having to fight and untwist the cord while pulling it out of the compartment every time.
