Two black water tanks
I have a Dutchmen Kodiak that has a display showing levels for two black water tanks. When preparing for winter, do I need to make sure that both BWTs are filling up before dumping or is it good enoug...

Didn't know Kodiaks had 2 Black tanks.....which model do you have?
Fill then dump all waste tanks so that no solids are left behind then after dumping pour some RV antifreeze down into waste tanks so dump valves are protected during winter storage.
Drain fresh water tank completely.
Drain plumbing system via low point drains...bypass/drain water heater
Pump RV antifreeze thru plumbing system ....thru faucets/showers/toilet/low point drains etc.
Pour some TRV antifreeze down sink/shower drains for 'P' traps
