While I agree that some options should be available, having lots of possible variations might become an endless menu. This would likely result in higher overall costs for a manufacturer- and you know who ends up paying for that.
I can think of several things that I wish was different on our TC, but it could be that few if any would want the same changes. Personal preferences can be very unique.
BTW, you mention problems that certain TC factories have with delamination and other aspects. Keep in mind that these are relatively few compared to all the units out there that are trouble free. Remember that we only read about the problem units.
If we started a "who's camper is delaminating and who's isn't" thread, it would be many pages and a HUGE percentage would be happy campers.
No one typically starts a "my TC isn't delaminating" thread.
