Simple fix for parking exactly where you want to is hang a tennis ball from the ceiling that touches your windshield when you pull in to exactly where you want to park.
That is a neat idea. If you put it right in front of the driver you would park in the exact same spot every time. The only down side would be what to do with it if you also remove the vehicles to use the garage as a workspace.
If it is close enough to a wall you could stick some velcro on the wall and stick it there when you use the garage for other things.
