Im beginning to wonder if Ultra-fab is the way to go as I am looking at power tongue jacks. All I read on here is how good the customer service is and how quickly and easily it is to get a replacement.
Seems a lot of you have had issues with this brand, thus having to deal with their outstanding customer service.
I think it's great that they stand behind the product, but it seems to me the product doesn't hold up that well. If it did, I wouldn't be reading all these posts about how this or that broke, motor quit after 7 months etc.
I don't know, just my observation.
