what is a good thing to use undermattress to insulate from cold?

- We used Reflectix and taped pieces together to get enough width. It's thin so it doesn't take away any space to sit up. Other people use thick sheet insulation.
- You an always just use a piece of 1/2" or 1" sheet foam from Lowes or Home Depot.
- heated mattress pad..on top
