Square vinyl fence post cover with 4" vinyl gutter:

As you can see the post cover is mounted atop the original steel bumper.....temporarily. I plan to get it underneath after I finish some other mods. If you have a conventional girder/beam frame, you can attach the tubes/post covers with strap and beam clamps--no drilling or welding required.
